My family lives in Playa Del Carmen Mexico, and had to clean out and sell my parent’s home and adjacent buildable lot in East Providence, RI. That is difficult enough when you live locally, never mind when you live so far away.

I am so glad that I selected Patty Bain to sell the properties. Not only did she handle the showing and selling side, but she went FAR beyond that. For example,

-She had her husband install necessary smoke detectors to pass the fire inspection.
-She saved me thousands of dollars in legal fees to get zoning passed for the adjacent lot.
-She followed up emails very quickly.
-The land buyer had some tricky and time-consuming financing issues with the bank. Patty kept gently pushing the bank to get everything done.
-She showed the house many times and always kept me updated by email on how things went.

Patty knows her stuff and does it very well. I can’t imagine anyone working any harder to do the job. I give her two thumbs up, and highly recommend her for your real estate needs.
